Creative Catalonia has teamed up with DSO-sports to offer cyclists of intermediate to advanced levels the chance to train for a week in the stunning scenery of the Costa Brava.

The tours run from Sunday to Saturday and are led by experienced and qualified guides who will take your riding to the next level.

During the week your group will ride between 400 and 600 kilometres at an average speed of 25 to 32 km/h. Two of the largest rides are 140 km and accumulate 2200 metres of climbs and descents.

As part of the training programme DSO-sports includes the following:

• training techniques
• tips on following a healthy sports diet
• mechanical advice
• correct rider set-up on the bike
• massage
• stretching exercises for both warm-up and warm-down

Hire Bikes:

DSO sports have a range of the latest models MBK road bikes to choose from. Your bike will be personally set up to 'fit' you for maximum performance.
