Creative Catalonia has teamed up with DSO-sports to offer mountain bikers of intermediate to advanced levels the chance to train for a week in the stunning scenery of the Costa Brava.

The tours run from Sunday to Saturday and are led by experienced and qualified guides who will take your mountain biking to the next level.

During the week your group will ride in a variety of terrain that can be accessed directly from the hotel, so no need for transportation to the riding areas. Each riding zone is a fantastic mix of forest trail and single track that has some technical sections to challenge all levels of riders.

As part of the training programme DSO-sports includes the following:

• training techniques
• tips on following a healthy sports diet
• mechanical advice
• correct rider set-up on the bike
• massage
• stretching exercises for both warm-up and warm-down

Hire Bikes:

DSO sports uses the MBK MTB V700 as its bike of choice. Your bike will be personally set up to 'fit' you for maximum performance.
