Creative Catalonia has teamed up with Girona Cycling to create this specialist road riding tour. The tour is aimed at cyclists preparing for their up coming seasons. You will enjoy a high level of coaching, with training sessions specifically tailored to your own specific needs and fitness levels. Please note a few of our special camps carry an extra charge to cover the costs of an invited coach.

Itinerary

For cycling you will enjoy beautiful scenery while riding on quiet, well maintained roads. The weather is perfect for riding almost the whole year-round and you have the Pyrenees, the Garrotxa Volcanic National Park and the Mediterranean all within cycling distance (this is the training ground of a 7-time Tour de France winner). Every ride will be lead by an expert cycling coach, and because our group sizes are small we can tailor the rides to personally fit your fitness and training level.

At certain times of year, there is the option to compete in local cycling, or cyclo-tourist races. An international race license may be required and we need to be informed well in advance if you wish to take part. We also arrange day trips to watch the major tours, for example the Tour de Catalonia in May, the Tour de France in July and the Vuelta d'Espana in September.

Clubs, teams and groups are very welcome. We are flexible enough to provide a completely custom trip to specifically fit your groups needs. Please contact us to discuss your requirements and for available discounts.

Rental Bikes.
Brand new Planet-X road bikes are now available for rent. They all come equipped with an ergomo power meter.

We can arrange camps at any time and for any time length to fit your requirements. You can also extend any of our special camps to ten days or 2 weeks, if you wish.

Tour includes:

• 7 nights en-suite accommodation, large breakfasts, 3 course lunches and dinners with half a bottle of wine per person, (4 nights in a traditional Catalan Masia farmhouse and 3 nights in the 3 star Eden Roc Hotel, overlooking the Mediterranean Sea).

• hydration and nutrition while training,

• all training and coaching, and the use of all the facilities while on the camp,

• 2 massages,

• travel to and from sites of interest,

• pick up and drop off at Girona airport and local taxes.

• Camps run Sunday to Sunday, however we are flexible enough to cater for different dates, should you require them.
