Girona city & Medieval village of
Besalu |
A tour of the city of Girona – including the Arab
baths, the Jewish museum, the Cathedral and a walk along the old
city walls to enjoy the fantastic views over the city.
We will then visit the Medieval village of Besalu to
see the11th century bridge. We will visit one of the oldest intact
Miqve’s in Spain. |

Cami de Ronda La Fosca to Calella |
A
stunning coastal walk that takes in some of the best coastal scenery
on the Costa Brava. Calella is a pretty coastal village that has
maintained its charm without bowing to the pressures of development |

Sta Cristina D’Aro to Tossa de Mar |
A
day walk that takes us through the Ardenya protected area. A
mix of cork and pine forests with large rocky outcrops. Our
destination of Tossa de Mar is a charming medieval village perched
on a beautiful bay. |

Medieval Villages of the Baix Emporda |
We
will stroll through some of the best examples of the Medieval
villages of the Baix Emporda. The walk between the villages is
through beautiful rolling and green countryside that gives a
wonderful rural feel to this region of Girona |

Ruins of Empuries & Aiguamolls wetlands |
The
ancient Greek colony of Empuries was considered one of the most
important cities of its time on the Iberian peninsula.
We
will then visit Aiguamolls, a wetlands natural park, that is one of
Spain’s most important sites for migrating birds. |

Free Day |
A
free day to relax and write postcards, check emails, read a book or
have a coffee and stroll along the seafront at Sant Feliu de Guixols |

Figueres & Cap de Creus National Park |
We
will enjoy a taste of some of the influences of Salvador Dali and
visit his works at the Dali Museum in Figueres.
Cap
de Creus national park is where the Pyrenees Mountain range
literally touches the Mediterranean Sea, offering stunning walking
terrain. We will also visit the charming white-washed village of
Cadaques where Dali spent many years of his life. |

Sta Cristina d’Aro to Romanya |
A
beautiful walk through the cork and pine forests of the Gavarres
protected area. We will visit the 10th century hamlet of
Romanya which has a stunning location, offering views over the
Girona plain. |

Barcelona city tour |
A
day visiting the great city of Barcelona to explore Gaudi’s famous
works. The city has deservedly won its reputation as one of the
‘must see’ cities of Europe, with its diversity and vibrancy on show
everywhere. |

Garrotxa Volcanic Zone & Lake
Banyoles |
We
will visit the Volcanic region of La Garrotxa and walk through the
beautiful Beech tree forests. A short distance away is the natural
phenomenon of Lake Banyoles with its crystal clear waters that are
fed by underground springs from the mountains. |
